Post subject:  Transitions?

Hey guys, I'm still fairly new here and I'm sorry if this has been asked before. How do PUAs using canned material link it all together? How does one transition from an opener to stories about themselves, and all these little routines like the cube and 5 lies that I have read about here? Is the idea to be spontaneous and unpredictable by bringing these random things into the conversation. Or should the conversation flow from one area to another? I've been reading posts on this forum for the last week, and, while it's all well and good knowing about each individual stage, I've started to wonder how they all tie together in the bigger picture before trying them out.

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I'm here to learn. Thanks for your help.

well i'm fairly new at this... but from what i've been reading, transitioning really isnt as big of a deal as it seems. You can say that makes me think of (even if it doesnt make sense nobodys gonna say how does that make you think of that) or say oh my god check this out, or just be like I was reading a book on ___(whatever routine) check this out then bounce into the routine. The transition from opening to attraction is that there is no transition just let i happen naturally. Go out practice on some sets, formulate routines, and practice and you'll eventually learn the "natural transition".

I've only been into the whole thing for a while but I tend to either wait until the conversation leads to a routine, or subtly lead the conversation to one. I find it more effective than randomly saying "Let me read your mind".

Cold reading is the best way to transition from an opener.
