How do I get the energy to go out and be like yeah fuck lets pick up some girls.Lets get lay.woohoo.You know what I mean.Lke being happy and have fun going out and try your game.Sometimes I dont feel that energy but I still want to pick up women.How do I get the energy like listening to loud music or something? |

Just listen to whatever music makes you happy, feel confident, and stay calm. You don't need to get all "pumped" up. Just relax. This is what I do at least, im sure everyone has their ways. This way if I don't get any numbers, I dont feel let down, or that I wasted energy. I've always been a calm person my whole life, but I think it just depends, see what works best for you. |

Well what always does it for me is when I'll talk to random people and be outgoing, make a few conversations and I'm in a happy talkative mood. |
