Post subject:  Making appointments/dates

Hey all. Great board.

I've been reading a bit here, and have studied a bit of David DeAngelo.

Now I over the last weeks identified that I have a problem.
I'm a uni-student with a job and other scheduled things as well, so I am pretty busy, as are the type of women that I am interested in.

When trying to schedule someting with a women that I have met at work/uni/where ever, the conversation usually goes like this:

Me: We should get together to do X.
Her: Yeah, sounds good, but I am pretty busy at the moment. Maybe in a week or two/next week/etc.

Then after some time has passed we will talk about doing something again, and the above routine will start over. More often than not, I will approach the woman.

Now I realise that
A) I am not doing this the correct way
B) I need to spark more attraction with the woman in the first place.

B) I am working on in general.

What about A) ?

I read somewhere about a guy who had success contacting women asking them out "RIGHT NOW", not in a few days etc. I tried this, and this actually worked with a woman I had otherwise talked about doing something with over many months. However most women I know usually have something planned in near future, as have I as well. My mindset is though that I can always find time for people (if I'm attracted to them enough of course!) over the next few days.

So how do I go about setting things up? I know the concept of flaking, but I haven't really reached the point of making specific date with women yet :-)
