I noticed every time I have some success I feel as good as god knows what. As soon as I have some minor fluctuation, my mood drops, this annoying feeling in my stomach comes out of nowhere, and I can't do anything the rest of the day. This stuff is killing me. Any ideas on how to get rid of these feelings? |

This is gonna sound a bit strange but what I do when I get a low tide is close my eyes briefly whilst inhaling deeply, empty my head, hold it for half a second, think of the high tide I had and breathe out slowly. The other way is to just delete it from your memory- literally. Just act like that scenario didn't happen. |
