Building attraction is based on flipping the women's attraction switches.
-DHV yourself (Stories are one way of DHV'ing, also note that DHV's must be subtle... For example: "When I walked back to my car etc so long.." DHV, you have a car!).
-Alpha body language and act.
-Lead your friends and her (This flips the "Leader of men" attraction switch and, basically, women will follow the leader of men!).
-Be unpredictable in a behaving manner.
