Ok so I'm was watching one of Ross Jeffries videos on commands, that through vague language there are certain commands in which you can impose on a women,

such as

Think,
picture,
recall,
imagine,
go,
understand

I'm just not sure how you'd use these in a conversation.

Embedding commands in your speech is fucking creepy.

Personally I use commands in my speech to gain jobs. It usually works provided I get the interest of the interviewer. Try speaking to yourself in a mirror. Kinda like role playing. Or imagine your describing something. Use the words in those kinda sentences and just practice them on people. Eventually you'll get the hang of it.

I've just come to realize that I have a lot on conversational tools I already know how to use- yet I still struggle to approach women ho hum....

I'm not familiar with these videos, but those words would seem to be what I would call "aggressive thought projections"

When you are explaining things to someone you would say "THINK about this" or "IMAGINE that if"

What you are doing, in effect, is projecting your thoughts and feelings into someones' mind. This allows you subliminarily program certain thoughts and ways of thinking into someones mind. Ultimately, get them to understand your way of thinking. This is Neural Lingustic Programming (I belive it is abbreviated as NLP here and in other places)

There isn't a particular technique to use them in conversation, although using subtle mirroring each time I use the words helps.

Don't overuse them - that "would" be creepy!!

I also use this for interviews, along with mirroring to ease the interviewer. I've actually had to turn down jobs because it is so successful (or at least, I think its because of that  )
