I was talking to a group of girls with a buddy of mine. Things were going well. Then this dweeby guy walks right up to one of the girls, whispers something in her ear and passes her a slip of paper. She looks at it and laughs histerically and turns to her pal with the slip of paper and she also laughs. The guy is just standing there with this smurk on his face as the first girl gets up to speak to him. So straight away I'm thinking this geezer's either a fucking pro or he's trying a technique he's learnt on this kinda website and is snatching the girls from right under me. He picked the wrong guy to fuck with! I said to the second girl "what did it say on the paper"? She said "he's in a competition and he's got to get this...", with that she handed me the slip of paper and it read, 'an item of the opposite sex's underwear'. Straight away I jumped on it and said "this guys a fucking perve who just wants to go home with some underwear to sniff... there's no competition otherwise they would have announced it on the PA system wouldnt they". With that both the girls faces changed and the thought of them having a perve trying it on in their midst disgusted them and they sent him on his way. Did this guy know what he was doing? Has anyone heard of that approach before? Personally I think he genuinely was a perve cos he looked it and he made no attempt to really talk to the girls or us he just kinda stood there hoping he'd get something from them. Also if I was in that position and the AMOG said what I said, I'd have counter responded with "no really, I am in a competition, its not the bar thats organising it, it's my work do, the top prize is a bottle of champagne". You never know, maybe that was the case and he really was in a competition. Maybe he was a PUA but when I put him in his place he realised he approached the wrong crowd. If he was a PUA he did a good job to begin with because the first girl jumped up and ran off with him following her. It was when they came back I dropped my line. |

I've heard of doing that before. It sounds pretty crappy though, and I'm surprised that the girls got up and talked to him. Doubt he was in a competition. It was just a crappy [maybe actually not so crappy] open |

I'm surprised they talked to him too. I would try that open with OTHER items, but not someone's underwear. That just leaves room for SO many bad possibilities. |
