If she touches him he'll use his classic, "Hands off the merchandise." The first time that she does it, and the second time he'll let her.
He's bantering with her in A2. Then he's going to show some active disinterest because he's not that easy, and neither are you.
Because she did approach you, you will not have to give many negs at all, and the ones you use will be pretty light. Mostly you can just use disinterested body language and start your DHV stories. Anyways, you're in A2.
