hi guys I think I've found a really good way to make it!
It's a like a brute force tactic... I have tried it only a few times cause it's time consuming:
go to some place where you will be surounded with women. a cafe, a street or bar or whatever. Sit down. Stay seated until you've opened a set.
...that's about it
basicly you wait for the emotions of fear to be replaced/drowned with boredom and anger. Thoose emotions will grow as long as you sit and get nothing done. The strongest emotion will always take charge, and when your fear no longer got the highest priority, you won't think of the aproach as a big deal. It may take hours though, depending on how frustrated you initially are.
Important: don't distract yourself from getting bored. Don't read a book, don't listen to your ipod and sit - don't walk around. Choose a low energy un-entertainging surounding where there is practically no time pressure you must adapt to.
Torture yourself by thinking about your social handicap and all the women you can't meet because of it.
Look for a set to open the entire time.
Don't go home.
Your mindset may not, due to the built up frustration, be the best during the first aproach, but you will, sooner or later, make the aproach or/and go mad
