I'm sure some of you guys out there have this same issue where you have tight inner game most of the time, but occasionally have a weak, insecure frame. I want to know how to fix this problem, because it's annoying. I'm usually alpha and unshakably confident, but sometimes (not too often) I'll let external factors get in the way and I might have a bit of low self esteem, which kills my game. Does anybody know how to fully adopt the "I just don't give a fuck" attitude under ALL circumstances, where you cannot be fazed at all. |

you have to give an example of when your weaker frame appears, otherwise in my opinion your inner frame just isn't strong enough. I think my frame is really strong because I know who I am, what I desire, and my dreams/goals. I dont know if that works for everyone else, but it's always worked for me. |
