Post subject:  Hey everyone/ need help with beginner's sticking points

Hey everyone, I am new to the forum and this whole PUA thing. I have a couple starting questions.

I am 18 and until about 6 months ago was fairly good at building attraction. I realized the value of cocky funny as a flirting technique quite a while ago before even hearing about the game; but in my last semester of highschool, I figured that after highschool, girls would be more mature, less susceptible to manipulation and in search for a guy who can care and provide for them as opposed to the guy that shoved them into a locker and told them they were geeks.

Apparantly I was wrong.

Anyway, I am having a tough time getting out of this recent AFC limbo I have been in. Here are some of my recent sticking points that I would really love some help with.

1. I have a handful of girls at work that have blatant crushes on me, but they range from about HB5 to HB7. I get nervous when talking to anyone more attractive than that, and end up fucking up, running out of things to say, or being to obviously interested in them.

2. I am not unnattractive, but I look old for my age (I'm 18 and look about 22 or 23.) So when I see a HB of my own age I feel like I probably look intimidating. However, when I'm talking to a HB that LOOKS my age, I feel uncomfortable with the age gap.

3. I have trouble distinguishing between establishing value, and bragging. I have some usable true material that I think might work. For example, I am a musician and have managed to get on bills with some fairly popular bands, which have given me interesting stories involving some celebrities. However, I avoid bringing these stories up in front of HB's because I do not want it to look like I am bragging.

I am going to be going to University on residence this september, and would like to fix some of these sticking points before I meet so many new people.

Thanks alot guys.
