Hi. My name is OtherGuy. I am 17 years old. I've been aware of the PUA community since the VH1 show was on tv. I've been trying to fix myself ever since I've the first show with little or no success. I had limited social contact other than 3 friends and my family. I am more outgoing around them but not all the time. I have no idea how to trigger it but it happens. The reason I'm tell you all this is because, my friends are having a party tomorrow. I'm looking for some last minute advice. We had a very small party yesterday with one girl and 2 kids from my friends crew and I froze up. I just kinda sat there on the sofa not saying anything unless someone spoke to me. Yesterday I also had to go shopping with on of the guys and I couldn't talk. If this was a date with a girl it would of been the most boring date ever. The party we are going to have today and this party is gonna be packed with girls and like ALOT my people in general. I don't wanna be the wall flower again. Any last minute stuff I can do to help with this? Or am I just screwed for this party. |

whenever I'm about to go out or do anything that requires me to be on top of my game, I listen to some music that really gets me pumped up. I find the extra energy and adrenaline helps me get over the last minute jitters. Also, try having a red bull or something before or during the party to get that extra boost! |

The best thing to do is to not talk but listen. Your in a conversation yes The best conversaters of all time are the best listeners PERIOD This will help alot especially on last minute situations. peace |

Yes after the party you can go up to a person you have conversated with and say " we had such a great time talking. We should stay in touch" Using "we" statements is a great and awsome way to build connection and bond. After the party you should just ask for email its safer way to stay in touch with any girl or person in general.  Gratci
