just wondering what sort of things you do before you go out to a nightclub? Do you listen to music to get you in a cool mindset mood or do you read Some books to get inspiration or to refresh you're mind?

I've found that Reading works well for me. And calling up mates to have a chat to get me a talk-a-tive state.

So, what do you do?

i talk to strangers... i practice my openers on people waiting for the bus with me or just random people standing in line for other clubs/venues.

If I'm pressed on time, i just call up a random phone number (good technique is your own phone's 1st 3 numbers and then random numbers) and ask for movie recommendations or try to make them stay on the phone with interesting things to say.

I treat those as my warm up sets and they always put me in that socially fearless mindset so when i get to parties, i can start gaming the whole place.

Nothing gets me more in the mood than meeting new people. Whether it be having a conversation with a waitress in a restaurant, a random girl on public transport or perhaps someone at university.

Also, greating the bouncers like you know the owner is always good for self esteem.

"Classy and alpha," that his it right on the head. That's the mood I try to strike before I hit the town. Depending on what kind of SPAM I'm heading to, I'll find a CD and kick up some really good jazz (if I wanna feel cool, laid-back, sharp, classy, and stand up a little taller) or some hot salsa (if I wanna be loose, high-energy, funky, extra fun, and get some extra cojones in my swagger).

BTW, looked up that Moby tune--great recommendation, thanks! Love that dirty Latin-style montuno groove on the piano.

Basically I just go up to random people and talk to them like I've known them for a while (Comfort's my OMFG strong Phase). I out-alphad some random guy by basically turning a stupid comment (He held my blocks and said it made me run faster) and I was just like "I'm pretty sure you made me slower, I ran 15.35 yesterday with a girl holding them." It was pretty funny, girls I didn't even look at were like "Who's that? Are you friends with him" IOIng me lol. the guy was like "No." (He DLVed LOL).
