This has happened to me more than a few times... I work p/t as a bartender, so I get to hang with hot servers all the time. I dont feel right hard core gaming them straight up since I have to work with them all the time. If i have attraction(getting IOI's constantly), how should I proceed? Should I ask her to hang out alone somewhere? Direct approach? |

I agree with Ryan, it'll only cause trouble. Trust me, I know. Though, if your only part time, I'm guessing you dont see the job as a long term thing. So if you do get with someone and it gets difficult after, you could just leave. or you could just try gaming the fitter customers?!?! |

If this was my serious full time job, I would agree to just not get involved with co-workers. But this is a p/t time thing. My manager is dating a server, its not a too big a deal i think. and its a fine dining establishment, not too many customers are my age to game. An alpha male wouldn't care what people thought of him at work

It's not about what people think of you, it's that it might be quite difficult working there if you split. When I broke up with a girl I worked with, her and her mates made it so difficult that I had to get a new job. So, my rule is now 'dont shit where u sleep'...and its a fine dining establishment, not too many customers are my age to game. An alpha male wouldn't care what people thought of him at work But, like I said earlier, its part time so go for it son. |
