So 2 situations: The 1st: I meet a girl or someone introduces me to a girl. I can make eye contact without problem, I am calm when talking. The 2nd: I am sitting and there is a girl sitting against me (university, train....), I get nervous and I can't make eye contact to save my life. Another example is when I am walking against a girl... just can't. I am explaining it to myself like this - in the first type of situatons, its not only eye contact, but also communicating and touching and in the second type of situations, its only eye contact. |

Yeah you are scared of actual cold approaches. You have to force it until it becomes natural. The rookie challenge helps, so do it. |

Simple fix here. Approach.. Introduce yourself.. And then you're back at the first situation in which Eye contact is no longer a problem. |
