I have been divorced and single for 2 years. Before my divorce my ex started 3 emotional affairs and even slept with one guy. I haven't been able to see my 8 year old son in 2 years. Before the divorce my ex didn't want to do any Martial counseling. My ex just married the man she picked up on the internet but one time about 2 years ago saying the guy she married didn't love her. She even once told me the guy never spends more than 5 minutes having sex and even told me that I was like a sex god compared to the other guy. We were married for 12 years and had dated for 8 years. She is now 45 and the guy she married is 34. I am almost 50. I want to start dating because I am tired of being lonely, no sex partner, nor any physical touch. I am 6 foot tall and weigh about 400 lbs and my self esteem is bad because I don't think I can find anyone. I have even been considering suicide at times. I have a therapist that I work with for my depression. I have been without work for about 3 years due to illness. Not working makes my depression worse. Do women date guys my size? When I go to bars I talk to a lot of people but never have "picked up" a girl. I can't wait another 2-3 years trying to lose my weight before I date again. I don't really know what to do. Is there any hope for me? |
