| Post subject: | 3 months in another State |
I just got a new job where I will be training in VA Beach for 3 months, living out of a hotel. Now Since I will be isolated I want to work on my game and come back a new person. Any tips on what I can be doing to improve ? I've already started practicing mindfulness/meditation when I wake up and before I sleep and reading on nlp. After VA for 3 months I go to New York for a month I plan to get a coach then and really step my game up. |
