Hi guys,
In my office there is a hot girl and I have a crush on her. She has got an amazing butt bcz of that all guys are looking at her. She knows that I have a crush on her and sometimes she look at me and smiles. Sometime when we meet face to face she looks at me smiles and looks down. Help me how can I speak with her and how to get her. I want advice for how to start a conversation with her.
P.S. She is senior than me and she is working in a good department also.
Guys please help me.

This is not what you want to hear. You want some magic potion from us but here's what to do : Go out and meet women in your life. Only then will you have the ability to reliably attract and date the other random women who catch your eye.

The analogy is a guy asking how he can play first base for the New York Yankees. First the guy has to learn the fundamentals of baseball, put in a shit ton of practice (10,000 hours), go through the amateur ranks, college ball, all of the minor league levels, and only then is he ready to play the game on a high level. I'm not saying it takes years to get good at this.

I am saying you need to be conversant with the structure of seduction first, and then and only then are you able to meet, engage and have women get wet from your presence alone leading to a fair probability of a successful pickup.

Do the same thing you did to get with the other women then. Literally the same exact things. Flirt/engage/invite out/etc. Mindful that you're fixing to dip your pen in the company ink.

Does she have a pen on her desk? That's more than enough to start a conversation with. It matters not what you say but how you say it. Since you've seduced a lot of women before, you already know this. Just follow your instincts from all of your other encounters.

First off, no the girl is never different. Guys need to stop saying that this one girl is a unique situation. She never is. Second, don't fuck women at work. Not worth putting your job on the line, unless you already have a new job ready to go.

Do not follow this advice. This kinda bold, grabbing her bs is how you lose employment.

Hi guys.
I spoke with her. She was shy. I asked about one mutual friend and started the conversation. We spoke normal things. She didnt refuse to speak with me.
Guys help me how can I continue now?
