Post subject:  Is it possible that this is not oneitis?
I am in love with a coworker. I like everything about her. I like her voice, her laughter, her skin tone, her personality, her face, her body. But today she called me "sweet" which (to me) is a sign that she doesn't look at me in a sexual way. In my experience, any time a girl calls you "funny" or "sweet" that means it's over.
And furthermore, even if there was some interest, I don't want to harass her and cause problems with work.

Will I ever get over her?
Before you call this oneitis, is it possible that is it not oneitis? what if she is truly the one? I love her so much :(
Please guys, I can't stop thinking about her. Is it possible for me to get over her? how?

Sometimes I really sit and wonder who has time to create fake accounts with fake topics? You may be a troll, but if you have the time to waste on such bullshit, you might just be the guy that falls madly in love with a coworker he probably didn't ever speak to.

You love someone you know absolutely nothing about. How do you know that she isn't a complete emotional wreck outside of the work place and will be a complete drain to you, your life and your future? And do you even care?

Its completely oneitis. And think that goes without saying.

All I could say here is, a girl calling me "Sweet" wouldn't mean no sexual interest to me. But you're interpreting more than just her words, you interpreting the vibe, tone, body language etc. so for you it probably did. Especially considering how obsessed you are over someone thats made no contribution to your life. How exactly has she earned this level of interest from you aside from just being born? And why do you require a girl do nothing more than exist before she gets this level of commitment from you.

There's no such thing as the one. Seven billion humans, adjust for age, remove the men, you have about a billion women. Either there is no "one" and your dating life is purely the result of your work as opposed to some destined bullshit, or you have like a million soulmates who are equally perfect for you.

Don't date women at work, btw.
