| Post subject: | How many hours a day to always be in state? |
how many hours do you have to go out a day to permanently be in state? I don't mean on fire but just able to approach without a big battle in your head each time. Or is the answer not that simple? starting from tomorrow, I will be approaching every day in a small city and am hoping 2 hours a day will do it. |

The answer is not a simple amount of hours... if you spent hours approaching and got nothing but rejections, that would probably make your 'state' go down. What your asking comes from becoming a desireable male. That means a lot of things which will result in having a true sense of abundance - not really having women as the focus of your life, having dealt with lots of women, taking care of yourself, being a well rounded person, having an active lifestyle, yada yada. |

It's like any sport or skill. Practice makes perfect. Just don't hype up the concept of "in state" to some zen enlightenment deal. |

This is a totally golden question that needs some better answer. Stuff gets so paradoxic sometimes. It's a fact that if you're a male, you're decent with women and all, but you must go 6 months without going out much and getting really low amounts of social contact with women, you'll lose your mind, you'll become way more socially inept. I think the way is to, during the week, if you must work/study shitloads, you don't think about sex much, block the thoughts of it. During the weekends, you go out and talk to girls. Like hardcore put yourself in social situations so you don't lose your skill. |

You'll get disappointed fast. Try to relax and ask random girls for information of some random bars, restaurants or simply time. Don't give yourself impossible tasks when starting out. |

I am thinking of quitting my hobby (BJJ) in order to game more. so it means the only fitness i will be getting is from walking around for 2 hours every day doing daygame. Is this a good or bad idea? I know this is my own decision to make but it will still be interesting to hear other people's opinions |

I mean you really have no way to do both?

i can but i feel like im doing both half heartedly. I didn't mean to post this question here lol but actually it does relate. because I need to go home before i get in state while doing bjj aswell, and in bjj everyone is improving much faster than me |

How long did it take you to learn how to ride a bike? How long did it take your friend? Im sure the answers going to be different for everyone. The beauty of it is, like riding a bike, once you learn it, its yours. You can go months without riding/approaching and pick back up at anytime and jump back in pretty quickly. |

it depends some guys take 1 or 2 hours to get into state while other guys take 10 minutes but I will say start with progressive steps (1) start asking for directions (2) go direct then eject from the set (3) go direct but stay in the set for 5 minutes of talking its a slow progression however long that takes depends on each individual |
