I chickened out talking to this girl because she is fine. I think she likes me but I feel she knows that I chose not to talk to her when I had the chance. Obviously I still like her but I not sure how to play things as they are. |

there are a few things to consider. first of all what made you chicken out. was it just the woman herself, or did the environment also play a roll? go ahead and message me if you want more specific advice. check out the section on Approach Anxiety, i know it address a little different problem, but the same things that help people get over that will help you get over this. i aslo suggest purchasing Rules of the Game at a local bookstore or online, this too is designed to help overcome AA, but it will help with confidence. again tho feel free to message me if you want more help |

Realize that it's both perfectly natural and perfectly unacceptable to chicken out of talking with girls. When you understand what this means, you will make dramatic progress in your journey to become a PUA. |
