I've been chatting to this girl at work forever and the conversation goes one of two ways, either she's telling me she loves me, flirts with me and really responds to me or it completely flat lines but in person and online. In person when she's hot she'll always touch my arms and be really flirty and online she'll tell me about really personal things. When she's cold she won't even look at me or talk about anything non-work related and online she doesn't even message back I'm not really sure why or how to deal with this but I really like this girl and when she's hot she seems like a really good prospect how do I keep her that way and progress things
