Hey, If you have a verbal fight about a disagreement or she made how should you behave? You can give her silent SPAM or soft next maybe no contact or a punishment. I wonder which method do you use in order to win any conflict. When you deal with a narcissist or a denier how to act. Thanks, |

What I have learned from debating too many times and having very heated discussions: 1. They ruin my good mood 2. They end up to nothing 3. They ruin other people's good mood Conclusion: don't argue, don't debate, don't fall into the trap. Sometimes discussion is inevitable, always take the indirect approach when you're trying to persuade people that they're wrong. Try to understand where the person's coming from and listen closely to what he's saying! I suggest you read "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. It's a great book and it's focussed on HR in a professional field where conflicts are bound to happen. |
