Hey all, I am very new to pick up, I recently broke up with my former girlfriend whom I had a relationship with for ~9 years. Currently, I am looking for a new place to stay, to start my new way of life. My question is, since I am not sure what to prioritize in finding my new apartment, do I: 1: Prioritize the location of the house (Close to a lot of meetup locations), at the cost of the size of the house. 2: Prioritize crafting a beautiful bachelor's apartment, at the cost of having a premium location (outside the city etc.) What would you guys prefer/recommend? Thanks all! |

Location over size/peripherals any day. |

The reason why I say that is because "time" is the most valuable thing in your life, not material items. A great location is an investment in your time. |

Thanks all! My 2 cents, I'd say figure out how you plan to "game".... ie meet women, do dates, bounce back to your place. For eg, I moved from the city to a smaller one for better apartment, closer to work and logistics. In the bigger city, sure there are more meetup locations, but parking.....So I'd meet a chick in the city and if Im bouncing her somewhere, having her go to fill the meter or move her car to a new spot every 2 hours was annoying a killed the flow. In the smaller city, parking is free, so I have more control over moving around. Thats just my city. Think on what you're going to do. Do you work in the "premium location" and plan to approach women at these places multiple times a week? Is this area set up to pull chicks back to your place easily? Sure. Premium location. Do you work away from the premium location and doing day game or meeting chicks from tinder? I'd say other location. No use in living somewhere smaller where you're uncomfortable if you dont use the location. |

You also make some good points. I do work in this same location and it is very easy here to pick up girls. However I also think maybe a house with a garden would benefit me, so I can throw some badass parties and host bbq's etc. Best, of course, would be having both, a house in the city, with a garden. Oh well, I am not in a massive rush so I have some time to find the perfect place! |
