Post subject:  How can I get as good at free association as when I am drunk

When I am drunk I never run out of things to say. Moreover, I am really present in the moment and able to amuse myself and the people around me. It is exactly the state I want to be in when I am cold approaching. My approach anxiety is 0 as well.

However, when I am sober, things are way worse. I will leave out the fact that the approach anxiety is huge and focus on free association. I am way less fun, nervous and run out of things to say. I like been drunk every once in a while, but don't like it as a regular habit and don't want to be dependant on it.

So, given that the drunk me is still me, how can I be as good at talking as when I am drunk? I want to be able to do it all the time...

Practice.

It is rare to hear people talk about practice in pickup, because it sounds geeky. It is better marketing to talk about a mindset or energy, then claim that material is a magic pill. If you're not good at something, you practice to get better. If you have approach anxiety, just say hi to women until you're not scared. That fear will go away as you practice and evidence builds up showing you that there is nothing to be afraid of - no harm caused by rejection. If you can't think of what to say, write something down, then go practice that one line of conversation with women. When it ends, say you have to leave and wish them a pleasant evening or whatever or even ask for a phone number. Repeat that a couple times with different ideas, and of course if you improve your on-the-fly skills as you do this work that in too so all of a sudden instead of practicing one thing, then another as two separate events you can talk about one thing from practice, then bs, then talk something else.

You get the hang of that? Cool, so you can approach women and talk to them for a couple minutes. Now go practice sexual projection. Triangular gaze is an easy way to do that. Practice everything from paragraph one along with incorporating that eye contact move early on in the interaction until it becomes automatic. Throw in a kino escalation ladder and you have the basics of every pickup system and can probably get laid more than most guys on an annual basis. The reason nobody says this is A) the marketing isn't as sexy describing this like its learning how to play a video game and B) it's a slow process. If you're terrible at meeting women, it will take you a while to get good at this. But once you do the payoff is so great that it makes up for however many months it took you to build the skillset.

There, I just answered your current question and the next three.
