What kind of adjustments need to be made here? I'm thinking some of the obvious ones would be to focus on getting her to smile and be interested in what you have to say instead of constantly putting her in potentially uncomfortable situations where you're staring at her and not looking away until she does (maybe later when she clearly likes you and it's ok to escalate). Am I missing anything? |

You need to be interested in what SHE has to say. A girl’s favorite subject is herself, so ask her questions about what she likes, ask about her passion, her hobbies, her dreams. Find out what she enjoys. In other words, really get to know her.
