Any advice or tips on improving my social skills through expressing emotions? I'm introverted and want to learn how to 1) use emotions by expressing them 2) learn to creatively use them |

I'm a little concerned. From my experience, you should concentrate personally on your emotions and not express them in public. Letting out your emotions can seriously hinder your success rate. Anger. Lust. Jealousy etc. You keep those feelings away from the public. Why do you feel it's important to express your emotions? |
