I don't know if anyone has this problem? Whenever I go out to meet women I feel this immense feeling of confidence afterwards and then for the next few days. When I don't it goes away and nothing can ever replace that feeling of confidence apart from sex. Anyone got any ideas what that is all about?

I know I should go and join clubs and meet new girls etc but I don't know how to do that without day gaming but I can't do that because I'm serious about this girl. I guess I need my old confidence back without having to cheat on my girlfriend.

Hey fuckwad, maybe he just wants an analysis on this behaviour as this happens as a pattern with alot of people, including me. I've gone through this sort of stuff that the OP said and I think it's worth discussing. To OP: I guess, when you're horny and you get reactions from women you feel confident when you get home too. I know exactly what you said, studying and shit makes you feel a bit low because you're all alone away from women and you start seeing them as distant creatures again because you stay 6 hours without seeing anyone staring at a screen solving problems.

Every time you approach women, your testosterone level shoots up. Researchers have studief this. Testosterone makes you bolder and more confident. There are, of course, other natural ways to boost your testosterone. Find them. Google helps.

A successful career that's in constant growth. Starting and guiding your own business to the point of success. Good social circle, trustworthy friends with whom you can go out regularly, visit the world and create experiences. True confidence is not a feeling. It doesn't come and go overnight. It's a state, and it's derived from the inside. Constantly setting and achieving relevant goals nurtures your sense of self-worth, and allows you to understand that nothing is irreplaceable. It comes down to having options, which implies self improvement to the point you can consistently generate options. Regardless whether it's your job, your girlfriend or your friends.
