I'll try to keep it short and simple. This girl made up excuses when I asked her for a 2nd date. She never suggested an alternate time or anything like that. She is also a coworker by the way so I see her everyday. Today at work I was telling her about my weekend plans which includes a once in a lifetime experience, I told her I was going with this other girl I had met and talked to her about her weeks ago. She didn't say anything but after work she texted me that if my friend couldn't make it that she'd love to come. I'm still trying to hook up with this girl but obviously she can't come tonight. What should I text back? |

You don't need to text back anything. |

Quote: I was thinking that too. Best route? She already gave you the best route. You told her some plans of yours and she was trying to get you to make her part of those plans. "I'm going to do [whatever] on [whatever day]." It doesn't mean you have to say you're doing something with someone else when you do it...but see if she gets you to try to include her again. It also doesn't mean that it has to be some sort of event...just let it sound fun for you.

Only text if there is a purpose behind it. |
