Have any of you guys tried self affirmations for inner game? If so did you benefit? I woukd like to hear your story/experience with them. Thanks! |

This is one of the few communities in which believe will ask a billion questions before every actually trying something for themselves. You have to use a bit of brain power here.. What negative could possibly come from you repeating positives statements over and over to yourself? Unless you decide to become a mental parrot that stays in his head and doesn't take action I can only see some benefit coming from affirmations, even if its minimal. What you really need to do though man is get out there and take action. Nothing is going to speed up your progress and turn you into the character that this forum talks about aside from you consistently stepping out of your comfort zone and approaching the women you can see yourself with. But to the point; one of my favorite quotes is.. Your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your character, and your character becomes your destiny. Do what that what you will, but this forum is all about taking action, and getting out of our heads. |

You can say many things but you still have to have actions to get results. |
