Post subject:  Help with married friend's friend?

So my friend just got married and she told me about this girl that is going to be at her bridal party I guess you could call it in a couple weeks. So I hit her up on FB and asked her what she was getting my married friend for her bridal party and chatted her up a bit. It went mediocre she did talk to me for a while. Next day I messaged her once, she didn't respond so I left it and for a few days now (Happened Sunday and it is Tuesday). What I am wondering is should I wait until the bridal party before interacting with her again or should I try to chat her up?

Our chat wasn't anything saucy. Pretty dry by actual standards. What I really need to know is this;

Do I message her again or wait til the party (on 12/17/16)

If I talk to her at the party any tips on opening and mid game to peak interest?

Any general thoughts that might help.

Why did you hit her up on FB when you know she's going to be at the party?

Basically, it looks like you stalked her. a man who has options isn't going to behave this way. Girls love a man with options.

I cannot emphasize enough how lame men look hitting up girls on FB.

Don't do anything until the bridal party. Never bring up the lame FB chat. Engage as if brand new interaction.

Like I said. Just tried to build some rapport I guess?
I started out by asking her what she got my friend for her bridal party blah blah blah.
But I see your point.

Yeah, I had just broken up with my gal and was feeling pretty low. Wasn't even thinking.

Bad move on my part
