I know that there has always been a talk in the community about how looks are not important, and you can look like a slob but if you got game, you can get in. I was reading the book 'Models' by Mark Manson, an author who resonates with me big time. I love how honest and insightful he is. He said something in the book that stuck with me. He said that there is no magic pill when it comes to attracting women, HOWEVER if anything ever comes really close to it, they are the two F's Fashion and Fitness As per him, the Fs can negate many a 'holes' in your game... I have experienced this quite a bit as well, granted this is just my perspective, but I find a lot of women are just looking for someone who they look good with, or they can be seen at a restaurant with, or someone who will be approved by family, friends, and if that is the case then being fashionable and fit will at least will grant you approval from her friends. Needless to say, if her friends approve of you then she will certainly consider you as a mate, assuming that you are not completely clueless to social cues and can handle your own when it comes to conversations. This is of course assuming that you are into the girl, and want to get to know her better.... |

Fitness is a huge, huge advantage. If you want to attract the ridiculously hot gym bunny, get your ass in shape. Be what you want to attract. This is especially true for men beyond their 20's. Fitness will keep you banging bratty 20-somethings into your 50's. As far as fashion, I think GQ is too much. Just keep your head above the mom jeans/sports team sweatshirt/ballcap style and you'll be fine if you're in shape. Toss your sneakers unless you're a professional athlete. And by "shape" I don't mean those pussies who go to the gym, stretch, hit the treadmill, and leave. I'm talking weight training. No man boobs. No pizza tits or caved in, slouchy shoulders. Put some meat on those arms. Women go crazy for guns and shoulders. Abs and leg muscles are less important. A bulky man makes women feel feminine when they touch/hold you. They WANT to feel smaller, more fragile. And often they don't realize it's what they want until they're with a guy who consistently weight trains (I'm not talking competition level...that's nice, but not necessary). We've all seen videos where the woman has a bigger ass/arms than the man. The sexual polarity is way off, lol. |
