most books say that you should show teeth when you smile, but I just ready that the 'sexy smile' is just a mouth closed smirk to one side. So before I completely change my smile, which is harder than it sounds, I just want to confirm that the mouth closed smile is more attractive? |

It really doesn't matter. I mean the geeky answer is that it will depend largely on your facial shape and structure what looks best to more people. The easier answer is that it will make too little a difference to spend much time thinking about. As long as you don't go overboard with a big cartoonish smile like you'd see on a cliche used car salesman...you're okay.

you don't have to fake a smile. The cheeky smile works just fine. I am just naturally a goofy guy that I can't keep up the "cool" guy gimmick and I just laugh at the whole thing. The girls usually play along. |

The relevance of this subject is like 2% of your overall seduction 'arsenal'. Are you sure you want to be dedicating your time and effort to such things? Do you think a woman ever said "He's such an awesome and attractive guy, I'd love to spent more time with him. Too bad he smiles with his teeth instead of a cheeky smirk. That's a total dealbreaker". Come on man, not everything you read is of equal importance. Smile however it comes naturally to you. That's what's most attractive. |

really? But I find girls much more likely to stop in the street when I smile, even if it is fake. And even if it's only making a 2% difference, that means I could be 2% more attractive just by having the right smile, along with the other 2% semi pointless questions I ask lol |

Right tool for the right job. If you're stopping her on the street randomly, ofcourse smiling will make her much more likely to stop. Your very first impression needs to be non threatning and inviting. Smiles do just that. Cheeky smirks imply a different context. |

First don't try to assign numbers or ratios to this. .otherwise you end up making decisions based on fake math. SEcond, if you stand up straight, keep eye contact and be generally happy you are one step forward. Worry less about the smile and more about everything else. |

Think of it as if you're smiling because you just fell in love with the woman in front of you. That face usually gets em going in the right direction. Smile with intention... If that makes sense. |

From the many articles I've read, a toothy smile is best. Think Tom Cruise, Ben Affleck. But I think Brad Pitt uses the smirky grin. So...pick your best smile (my toothy smile isn't great. My smirky smile is much better). |
