I messaged her at the 15 minute mark (with a "hey") and did not hear back.

Messaged her again at the 35 minute mark ("Thought we were meeting at the lounge. Everything OK?").

I left and went home at the 40 minute mark after I finished my drink, upset and incredibly confused. I pinged her again this afternoon asking if everything was OK and I have yet to hear back.

Doing that just lowers your value. It tells her you can't even handle a schedule.

I mean things like that usually aren't a big deal until you've stacked a few on top of eachother.

I will tell you something a girl once told me: women do this all the time. Out of a desire to not appear bitchy they will play along with the idea of meeting up right until it comes time to actually show up. She will talk to you, give her phone number, answer texts and calls, and even make plans. This woman explained to me, in detail, how a guy once hit on her at a bar, asked for her number and did just what you are describing. When I asked her why she didn't just tell him from the start that she wasn't interested the response was "I didn't want to look like a bitch." She never considered that she was lying.
