Only option i see is STOP TEXTING, PHONING ETC (You seem MAAAAD desperate and needy/low value) and IF you see her randomly on the street, just say something friendly/polite (hey, whats up / hows it going with a friendly smile or something) to her and maybe start a converstation. THEN you will MAYBE be allowed BACK into the FRIENDZONE which you are currently not even. Youre just a guy she doesnt really give a fuck about right now.

No. The OP actually understands that his time is valuable. He said he is moving on. Which most people should do if they understand they are invested in a lost cause. No one is going to give him a 360 day plan to get the girl. Do we look like Dr. Phil ?
