In the context of the Newbie Mission, the goal is to simply perform the action; it's not results-oriented. If you want to get a little more advanced than that, tweaking your body language and stuff like that will actually get you much better results than is shown in the video. For example, in almost all instances of the guys saying "hi," they were very far away and it was very unclear most of the time who the guy was saying "hi" to. Also, if you use a different, more relaxed (yet still loud and firm) voice tone, you're more likely to get favorable responses. The tone those guys was using was very...not that. As for the specific things bartm is whining about, I'm not even going to bother. You've got way too many issues that start in your head, dude. Change the way you think about shit in accordance to the advice I and everyone else have already given you in all your other threads.
