So I've been into Mixed Martial Arts for a while now. A few friends and I started following the UFC together, and our passion has only grown since then. Anyway, we're gym goers and have decided to start taking some striking and BJJ classes. I'm thinking this will be a great way to exude physical confidence, and obviously learn how to better handle precarious situations. What are your thoughts? I find MMA an interesting topic of discussion. It usually brings gasps from some women (and men), or really turns others on. Being a competitor, opposed to a spectator, are two very different things - and I feel future conversations will reflect that. Likely, this will affect many situations without me even realizing it Added bonus from one of my fav fights: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_P81jIJ7YY |

MMA will help you last longer in bed. The added flexibility and improved cardio will do great wonders in the bedroom. I have superb ground and pound game. I grind my cock on panties to make pussies wet and then pound throats and vaginas until women defeat me via technical knockout of my dick which always gets limp after a hard hitting ground and pound game. |

If you want to build confidence, just have to set any goal and go to accomplish it. Just remember than taking on any hobby thinking it will turn women on is kind of a mistake. Sure, you'll have an edge with a niche group of women that are very into that hobby and/or men who are involved with it, but the overwhelming majority of the time you'll get a neutral reaction. |

MMA is thinly veiled homosexuality. Two guys grappling on the ground, bodies rubbing, incidental gonad rubbing....def far from manly. |

Physical combat between men, as the name indicates, requires physical contact with another man. Homophobia is definitely more about thinking that any incidental contact wasn't reeeeaaaallllly incidental.

You're referring to WWE wrestling where scantily clad guys wear panties and make up, and rub or fondle each other's butt cheeks and testicles.

IMO the end result is what matters, placebo or not. If you're feeling confident because of MMA and that confidence carries over to your dating life, good for you. But don't go into MMA because you think it'll make you an interesting person to women.

I practice kickboxing. I wouldn't necessarily call it confidence but you do get good feels out of it. You feel more alive and energetic, more "radiant", simply because, at least Muay Thai training is HIIT. You eliminate sedentarism and get your dose of endorphins in a cool and non-boring way, as opposed to running. Ew. And sure, I also go to the gym but strength training is very different from HIIT. |

I box. I also deadlifted 495 for 4 the other day on my last set. It definitely helps with presence being an overall larger and stronger person. And it helps with confidence knowing that I can beat someone's ass. There are plenty of other things you can do to be the "alpha specimen" lol |
