Dude, you got her a special-themed birthday cake, then said "I miss you" in a text after you haven't seen her for 72 hours. Yeah, you love the girl. Either that or you love the sex. I'm not judging (anyone can fall in love fast), just pointing out how your post appears to me.

Its like he says. You love her (or think you do) or you're trying to fill some flaws in you. She makes you feel better with yourself. Thats usually one reason for loving someone. Even if you do, try to keep it cool, always. I messed up recently for being too needy. Dont let her see that, not now. It usually backfires.

You can get away with occasional neediness if you have the girl. Signs you have the girl: 1. Big, googley eyes when she sees you. 2. She laughs at all your jokes 3. She invites herself over, marches upstairs, stands on your bed and strips. 4. She says "I Love you". 5. She literally says "I'll do anything for you". 6. She struggles not to be with you. If you have proven your value by being emotionally centered, fun, and good in bed, she will do all these things.
