Hey found out about the community a little under a month ago by reading the game. I've been reading a lot of stuff on her and I'm currently readin the mystery method.

I'm 16 and i'm a junior in high school. My question is this stuff practical picking up girls when I'm still high school? Or is it's just stuff using club?

If you could help or give me any suggestions how I should do pickup at my age I would appreciate it.

First I'd choose another route aside from the mystery method before going into practice. Their are a lot more update methods that can get you better results. This forum and the people on it are a great resource for you to take advantage of.

Now, I'm not sure where you live, but if you're in a city I'm sure there events happening on weekends with people in your age range that you can practice with. Malls on weekends, Beaches on weekends, etc. There are a good amount of places outside your school that you can use to practice your game for now.

And no, you're not to young. Many people here included myself started trying to pick up women at an age younger than yourself. Before the invention of a mystery method.

I started when I was 28. My biggest regret is not getting into pickup when I was 16, I've spent the last 13 years of my life getting nowhere with women

I'd advise you to stay away from pretty much all pickup books. They are mostly targeted to guys that don't have the balls to actually try to put what they read into practice. Just flirt with girls without worrying about techniques and then come here and post what you've done or have any questions. Once you leave high school, it's less of a popularity contest with women and more about how you make them feel.

You're not too young at all. I wish I'd started when I was your age.

As other guys said above, I'd stay away from Mystery Method stuff and anything along those lines. It's mostly a lot of garbage that no one pays attention to anymore.

Just focus on building confidence and being more outgoing for now. Try to be the best version of yourself you can be. Inner game is very likely the most important thing for you right now.

And yes, the whole thing about high school, it really is just a big popularity contest for most people. But if you start sharpening your social skills now, you will have a wonderful time in college ;)

Perfect age too be quite honest, but theres a lot of some and mirror in pick up, especially from the remains that still from the older methods.

a)Be yourself ,i know that sounds very simplistic and cliche but be YOU, or strive to be a better version of YOU. By being yourself i mean don't copy what you see someone else do because it works for them, maybe integrate ideas is my best opinion. But you'll always be fighting yourself if you try to be more like someone else.

b) start small,set goals and trial and error

c) be more involved, socially, and knowledge wise. Doesn't always have to be some heavy reading shit, just some really surface level shit that is popular, that you may not know, or know enough about.

It's funny you ask this very important question, because it has been in the back of my head for like... forever. And I think is a great age to start. You will develop up nicely, if you work hard.
The Mystery method, schemes and models of social interactions are very straightforward and easy to learn. But as you yourself stated... that's more of club lingo.
Work in your college game, daytime game, inner game...and only then come to Mystery. Hit the books and go sarge. Develop a lifestyle of your own. And dont fall in the mistake of wanting all your friends to be as excited about PUA as you are... some people are just not ready to take this kind of groundbreaking decision in their lives.

I mean it. I remember when i was in year 7 and a hot Egyptian girl fancied me. She would grind and body wave on the poles ontop of the double decker bus but i was being a little bitch?

Does she like me? Did she say she likes me? What's the proof? She's not good enough to marry (serious) She's not even that popular anyways.

I would talk myself out of it. I had really old traditional marriage mentality bs. Ontop of that i only wanted the most popular girls and wanted to get a good status boost out of it too. And she had to blatantly say she like me. And then she would ask me out. And she go for the kiss, and she would escelate to sex.

You can imagine how sexless this left me. If i dropped all this bullshit , i could have fucked roughly 25-30 before i turned 18. Some of them would've made really good girlfriends and i would've had alot more experience earlier on ( and good memories ).

It wasn't that i was unpopular or unattractive. Just impossible standards.

Girls in high school are not difficult at all. They get more difficult the older they become and more experience they get.

So no , all the Mystery in the world wouldn't have got me those girls. Just letting it happen...

Really think about all that i just said. Really think about it.

What's the issue with them? Personally, I think "The Game" is just a load of fiction and is pretty useless, but reading Gambler and Kezia's stuff has helped me (and will probably help others) with stuff like kino, escalation etc. where most including myself faltered.

On another note; I dunno why anyone would buy a pick-up book, let alone read one if they had no interest in picking up. I don't follow the logic.
