Im assuming I should always take it as red that it's a womans way of saying she is not interested? It happens, it's fine, its just that with one girl I was chatting to who works at the gym (not the same girl I'm talking about in my other post) she has done exactly that....so I totally gave up and moved on (in my head)...although she is still saying hello whereas I am not bothered .....its almost like since I've given up she is making more of an effort to be friendly. I'm not really a Facebok kind of guy with regards to picking up women, kinda use it as a last resort. |

Why do you meet women in person, but go to Facebook to find out if they may or may not be interested? |

Facebook friend requests are a bad way to go. I also completely avoid becoming FB friends with any girl I'm fucking or want to fuck. I haven't even become FB friends with my gf of 6 months. I like to keep a little mystery. nothing says "I'm despeeeeeeeerate!" than the mug of some dude popping up on her FB notification list. |

Part of the learning process I guess. |

Yeah I wasn't saying it to be mean. I also can fail to look at things from outside my own perspective. I once read good advice on one of these PUA forums. It said: "Don't text anything that you'd be embarrassed about if it was shown on a jumbo-tron at a baseball game". This kind of stuff falls under the same umbrella. You are better off asking a girl out, or for her number straight up in person. They respect it more. There's a phrase they use quite often: "Facebook creeper". I like to turn that on girls when they friend request me or like my shit on Instagram or FB. A bit of their own medicine, haha. |

Have you ever seen a girl's facebook page? Have you ever seen the 637 daily friend request? Have you even seen them automatically reject every single one just to clear up the list? |

Bro, This is human nature 101 man. When you're really into someone they're not into you and when you finally pull back they become into you. Happens to every man on the planet earth. The trick here is, how do you get to a state in which you're always "pulled back" and a little, and not so over invested in the outcome of a girl you barely know. Thats what the guys who are having success with women have all figured out. |

Some serious nice posts in this thread, damn! However i don't agree on not using Facebook... its totally fine to add a girl you met a the bar on Facebook, but only add her when you know you guys hit it off and she would remember you, don't just add a girl randomly 2 weeks from meeting her. When you have her on Facebook another game begins, you can tag her in funny qoutes/videos.... she can like pictures off you which can help you determine how much she likes you... but it can also backfire, you might look at her wall and see some ex pictures etc.... However don't tag her 100 times a day or like every post she makes or yes you will become one of the "guys who put her on a pedestal". |

Thats what the guys who are having success with women have all figured out. My suggestion is to get some hobbies that you love. If they happen to be hobbies that girls find attractive or are even involved in, even better. And don't EVER let a girl you meet replace those hobbies. Stay focused on what you love and the girls will naturally love you. Women love a guy who's got passion for his life. |

Yeah, any I do friend request I only send them one message max, I never like any of their pics or tag them. But, as you say, its best to use when you have built some initial comfort.
