Hey, Fellas, this is my second post as I'm new here. You'll see me post more often.

I figured this the right place to write this / if it isn't please let me know. I don't want to piss off any moderators.

Anyway, so before I share some info with you guys about my short report, let me just start by telling you guys that I'm a newbie. I just know a few routines, openers and that's it.

So, I walk into a pizza restaurant in Miami to get some pizza. No customers were there. Just a beautiful girl at the counter taking orders. It was a slow day you can say. I took advantage of this and performed my opinion opener followed by the ring routine. I did this while waiting for my food. After I performed the ring routine, she was totally amazed by it and found it very interesting. After that, we talked about something else and then I threw the " your nose wiggles when you talk" neg to her. It worked. She was embarrassed about it but also kinda giggly about it. Right after I said that, she told me " You're very observant" with a smile. My newbie just said thank you and the conversation ended there.

Was that an IOI? Also, how would you guys stack after her comment?

I'm only familiar with 'stacking' my boxer briefs in my clothing drawer.

Based on what you described, she was neutral towards you at worst and actually interested at best. Sounds like you had fun and exchanged light banter. You should have continued to chat with her - even small talk - who she is, where she's from, if she's also a student, etc. If she continued to respond positively (including reciprocating questions and starting to lead the conversation - to me those are pretty big IOIs).

Take everything as an IOI if it's positive. Stay charming and interesting and dare her to reject you.

Good job on going for it. It's amazing seeing your 1st positive reactions even with the most generic pick up routine routines.

But to be honest, you didn't take it nearly as far as you could have. As Jack says, just pretend everything is an IOI. Even rejection. So do not be constantly in your head doing the 'IOI see-saw battle'.

Do it more often and try to take it much further and NEVER ever leave a positive 'Set' without at least arranging a date and a phone number. Tattoo this to your eye lids

Don't use "negs" man. There's no reason to.

Tell her she's got pretty eyes or she smells amazing. Actually HIT ON HER. It might be a little more uncomfortable but Atleast both you and her know what direction the conversation is heading.... You won't have to rely on routine stacks and what to say.

Hit on the girl. They like it.

I'm triggered by this.

You flirted with her, and instead of asking for her number and getting your answer there, you decided to come to us and ask if she was interested or not?

Good job on approaching. I'd suggest you not make this a scientific method and learn how to banter naturally instead of using scripted routines, but nonetheless, however you decide to do it at one point you HAVE to pull the trigger.

I get the general point of not looking for IOI's or getting hung up on them, but so think this is a little much, particularly the bolded. I think you need to be aware of whether she's interested or not, if she outright rejects you why bother with her? She's not interested. Plenty of others.

So what you're saying is...

You ran had canned openers, routines, and had a planned neg, and you're still worried about basic IOI's and so you made not attempt to close? I've never been a advocate for routines, negs(in the way its taught, or IOI watch thing but after all of that the least you can do is go the close number close.

I'm sure you're familiar with the term " Assume Attraction" if you have routines in the stash. Its all about assuming a girl is already interested and behave toward her like she is. This in turn will increase the likeliness that she will find you attractive, because when you think someone is attracted to you, you will behave in an attractive manner. There nothing wrong with spotting an IOI if it inspires your confidence, but ultimately you need to just assume the girl is interested and behave as you would behave as you would behave if she told you " Im extremely interested in you".

So you missed a lot more than and IOI..

It was just a healthy delusional harmless mindset to keep your mind on the right path

Use common sense. If she is telling to fuck off and threatening to call the cops, then of course, chill out. But if she is a little stale and didn't get your routines treat it as her playing hard to get

Point is, assume attraction like everybody on this page is suggesting to you

I'm not the OP, nobody is suggesting anything to me. My point is; why bother with a girl who has rejected you when literally every single girl in the club will respond equally or be more receptive? I just next them and move on, it works better for both parties. Seems like a sure fire way to waste time and energy.

I'm not the OP, nobody is suggesting anything to me. My point is; why bother with a girl who has rejected you when literally every single girl in the club will respond equally or be more receptive? I just next them and move on, it works better for both parties. Seems like a sure fire way to waste time and energy.
You are taking this too far, stud muffin. I wasn't being literal otherwise, I would be in prison by now for persisting with all girls that 'rejected me'. Everyone on this thread knows what I'm getting at

Yes, you are right, I do the same thing and not waste my time with frumps. But the OP, he has still yet to make a 2nd approach and I just wanted to show some encouragement for him to collect references. He is not on your semantical level just yet.

Surely you have some experiences that made you eject early when you shouldn't have? That's the point I'm getting at.

You can win the internet today all you want. But when coaches advise their football players to 'destroy toy opponent' or 'Rip their fucking head's off' - I don't think they actually mean it in the literal sense. Hence why I mentioned the words 'Healthy Delusional'.
