So I was dating this girl for a month and a half, when she broke up with me. She' has PTSD, and a few personality disorders, she was also going through a divorce. She broke up with me (three times within the month and a half) for the final time about two months ago. Since those two months have elapsed I've had virtually no success at all with women and I'm wondering after how much time can you break the no contact rule and what do I say when I do? She broke up with me saying that she needed to "work on herself" and that she needed to be alone in order to do that... Well it's been over two months, is that long enough?

Breaking no contact should be done by the person who initiated it. She told you that she wanted to be alone. As for the girl, follow Mr. A's advice.

He took really good care of her, made sure she felt happy, etc. She trampled on his sleep by calling him at 3am for attention, was really needy overall, she abused his affection, broke up with him 3 times in 4 months, and eventually broke up with him for the final time because he was "too nice" (or, perhaps, not spontaneous / "fun"). This guy spent hundreds of dollars on her. If you want to go down the same path, go for it.
