Im moving from Anchorage Alaska which is considered a small town in 3 weeks or so and have no contacts with any women anymore that are single.

What are some good ways to approach this and how would you approach a girl knowing you just want to fuck before you move out?

Thats like trying to prepare for an all out test on a subject you know nothing about just three weeks before the big test. You would have to have already been long before the test to be ready when its there. Its too late bro. If you don't already have the skills in place you're not going to magically get them in place just three weeks before you leave because you want it to happen that way. But if you must, just go out and direct approach every woman in your town. What do you have to lose right? You're only trying to get laid because you're leaving anyway.. so it seems. Spend every day of the three weeks talking to every woman and try to bed them. Cross your fingers and see what you come up with.

Just the question in the title itself is problematic and judging by this one sentence it is clear that you don't really get it. Have bigger goals than "getting laid quick" and change your perspective and mindset from " I just want to get laid" to " I want to get better with women, become more attractive, enjoy spending time with them and making them feel good and be ready to face rejection so I will embrace it. " Even using online apps like tinder it really needs some skills to separate your self from the rest to get a decent date. You might be able to find a sub par chick and "get lucky" but is this what you want? P.S. There will not be any women in the new city? Why are you in a hurry to get laid in your own small town now when you weren't able to do that before.

The point is moot at this time. I'll tell you from personal experience here, if you don't have a girl already interested then there's hardly a chance you're going to just scoop up some rando on your way out of state. Anchorage girls are extremely entitled, and they have hardly any competition from other women. Even a good PUA would have to settle for less many times because the girls have their selection of morons circulating around. The best advice would have been making the trip out of here sooner.
