I understand Jack. Quick explanation, look at the comment in my first post "I went with my last message because I wanted to state my intention" In other words, I really am contacting her because I want them to be involved with us that also ties into game because I can speak with them in person, both work. I'm trying to avoid being overtly flirtatious/sexual because we're in the same professional social circle and you know the rest. 

So, I realized that I one of the reasons she hasn't responded was because I I sent her a message around 5pm she got back to me at 111, I texted her at 12, she read it but didn't respond because it was so late. My mistake.

As for another message maybe, "Are you sure you're not famous? I heard you were touring with Taylor Swift. Make sure to be nice or she'll write a song about you." Just an idea. I'm open for critique. I know lots of guys come here and want to be spoon fed, I get it. For me, once I see a working example, I'm able to imitate it perfectly and come up with my own style.

Exactly, Jack. It's over FB and I don't want to really over do it, I rather be a bit more subtle and indirect then strike when I know it's time. Btw, she responded with "Yes, definitely! Let us know when! "
I'm thinking of responding with:
1. Sure, since you're famous I hope it doesn't interrupt your tour with Taylor Swift (insert Taylor Swift joke here)
2. Sounds good, you have it so easy being an acoustic band, I got to lift tons of heavy equipment on stage and look good doing it, ha

Neither line I like. If you're doing business, keep it at business. If you were making a move fine...but dont try to backdoor it after offering someone an opportunity. You offered her a gig, so she's obligated to be nice to you and respond. Don't mix that with making her feel like she's now obligated to responding to your jokes.

Keep it as business or make it personal. If you see her in a few days, be normal and just game as a regular chick. Girls hate it when a guy uses a job or help as an excuse to get in their pants.

Great points guy. I actually haven't replied just leaving it like that. I agree a lot with what you said Neo, really great opinion.

When it comes to communicating, it can be a bit difficult for me. I can come across as try hard or generic. How can I learn how to communicate with a women better.
