Post subject:  A little frustrated

Went out with an old college buddy last night, and things kinda didn't go well.

So aside from my normal approach anxiety and procrastinating, when I finally did my first approach it went like this:

Me: Hi, how's it going?
Girl: Ahh! *quick-steps away from me and hides behind her friends*

Seriously, not even kidding. I've had some clumsy and uncomfortable approaches but that's new...

Also saw the bartender I've posted about a few times and she completely gave me the cold shoulder, which seemed odd since I'd figured she was just using me for validation anyway.

Lastly to round out the night I messaged a girl on OKCupid, and she responded then disabled her account. (Was nothing creepy or weird either, her profile challenged you to guess the reference for her username which I did and she replied that I was right. Maybe because it was 3am... who knows.)

Anyway, not sure I have any real questions but it's just frustrating that now I'm approaching more and seem to be getting increasingly worse reactions. :(

Game = Mindset, Skillset & Lifestyle.

Every part of game is important, just like if one leg of a table was broken the whole table would topple over.

The approach is only a part of the skillset. It is still very importantly to be able to approach properly, but so is every other part of game.

A lot of guys neglect every other aspect of game apart from the approach and then wonder why their approach too close ratio is all shot too shit. You need to develop your players mindset and also improve your lifestyle on the side too. You will start too see better reactions from girls when you speak to them with the right attitude and look good whilst you're doing it. You need too develop emotional intelligence and comfort with the opposite sex.

Accept this situation. Why do you honestly think she stepped away from you and went behind her friends?

Learn from what you have done wrong and make the necessary amendments to get a better result next time around.

I'd also be frustrated if I did my first approach 7 years after I've joined this forum.

Also IMO drawing conclusions after lol 1 approach? Really...?

You... you may want to learn English. Nothing I wrote implied it was my first approach ever, just of that night.

Also I didn't draw any conclusions, it was just frustrating.

Honestly I figure she may have some kind of social anxiety or something. It's just a bizarre reaction, really... but was still pretty annoying in the moment and odd enough to bother me. :)
