Hey what's up?
I am Daniel and I am on an exchange semester in Australia at the moment. So you can basically tell, I am having the time of my life
I know about pickup stuff for years and there were times when I read books and I should know all the basics. Apart from that I figured out that I am better when I am just myself and act naturally. So back home in Europe I got lots of lays last year. Now, that I am in Australia I am struggling a lot. I have been traveling alone a lot and it's super easy for me to make new friends. I have no trouble approaching groups of girls and people tell me that I am super easy to talk to. I enjoy being around with people and they seem to enjoy my company, too. In the hostels I stayed while I was traveling I soon knew everybody and people describe me as very outgoing. So far so good. But there are some massive sticking points that give me a hard time and that I want to work on.
I have an issue being attractive to girls (not from my looks or body - 1.9m tall and sporty). The vibes or the aura that I am sending seems to categorize me as a good friend not somebody to hook-up with. It seems that I am attractive to girls as I approach them but after talking for a longer time, especially groups of girls, they are not attracted any more. Basically, I have a big problem being dominant.
First, it starts with my voice. I don't speak very loud or have a strong voice. I have a feeling that this lowers my dominance and attractiveness. So, it happens that people crash into my speech on accident as my voice is not strong enough.
Second, I think my appearance is not confident enough. I got shit tested again today and I often don't have answers to those shit tests. It ended today with a girls saying: 'You are such an easy target.' It was not bad back home but as english is not my first language I am struggling with good answers. They either seem inappropriate or just stupid. Especially, as for some reason I am super tired the last weeks.
Third, I am having a hard time bringing the conversation to a sexual level. I have no problem leading deep conversations but bringing them to a sexual level and generate physical attraction doesn't work very well.
So I basically miss the things that people connect with alpha behavior. I know what to work on and that there is a lot of work to do, that's why I am here. Maybe you guys have some good ideas how and where to start. Thank you very much.
