When I was like 15 I lived in an apartment building. I was on the second floor and there was this hot girl that lived on the third floor. She was probably 18 at the time. Anywho she sounds like she is a girl you have had your eyes on... but just understand going into this that the mentality you are likely to fall into is going to be detrimental. You can't go in like a sniper and try to "get the one girl of your dreams" right off the bat. You must learn to be good with women in general in order to get the girl of your choosing.. and slim chances of sniping out one specific like this. Idk where you are with your game, but you have to be like a shotgunner instead of trying to snipe. Go out and pray n' spray man! That being said, doesn't mean you shouldn't try. Go talk to her, use your conversational skills and try to make her laugh a little bit. I wouldn't finish her sentences.. I would continue as if she doesn't have a speech impediment at all. You are a little conflicting here.
