My sticking point is getting the 2nd date. So I was at a friends party, I knew most the people there so the night was going awesome we were dancing, laughing having a good time etc. As we're about to leave I find this girl (hb:8.5) she grabs my arm we start flirting, cool whatever. Then as we go to leave we get picked up by an uber driver with her and a bunch of other friends to get a ride to the girl I'm with's friends house. Keep in mind I've seen this girl around before but nothing's ever happened between us before until now. First of all, drunken hookups don't turn into day 2's very often. People are out to have fun and blow the night. They don't want it to develop into anything most of the times. Secondly, fact that you'll be seeing her again is not an excuse to not get her number. Third, what do you mean what you should've done? You should've escalated as much as you can. You stopped at the first sign of resistance. You don't stop at the first sign of resistance. You take a step back, and then 2 steps forward. Rinse and repeat. |
