At the happy hour:
Yall are talking about food or whatever
You: "Yeah I went on this date last night to this great Mexican place...it's so tough when the food is more interesting than the date lol. Do you date alot?"
Her: "Haha, yeah I dont miss those days...Actually I'm married/have a bf (in a happy way)."
You: "That's great! How did you guys meet"
Her: Blah blah blah.
You: (just be a normal guy, big up her relationship and write it off as she's not interested) DO NOT CONTINUE TO GAME...JUST BE A FRIEND

OR:
Yall are talking about food or whatever
You: "Yeah I went on this date last night to this great Mexican place...it's so tough when the food is more interesting than the date lol. Do you date alot?"
Her: Actually no, It's so tough finding my type
You: whats your type
Her: I like older men who blah blah blah (opposite of you)
You:(give some advice, joke about dating...BE A FRIEND)

OR:

Yall are talking about food or whatever
You: "Yeah I went on this date last night to this great Mexican place...it's so tough when the food is more interesting than the date lol. Do you date alot?"
Her: Actually no its so tough finding my type
You: Whats that
Her: I usually like younger guys who are blah blah (basically you)
You: Flirt
The last example you see she is interested. You can game as usual now.

So basically, keep the shit friendly at work, invite her out as a friend, look for her hints. Don't try to spark any sexuality at work.

If you don't know how to flirt or how to converse with women, get out and get the skills.

I tried googling but couldn't find anything, perhaps because I dont know what to google I am looking for ways to test the waters with a girl...this is that mexican milf that I told you about who works at the office. I need to take things slow for obvious reasons. I need to "test the waters" to see how open she is to the idea. I am pretty sure she does not see me in a sexual way. she also thinks I do not see her in a sexual way. as perfect as she is in my eyes, she probably thinks she is too old for me or she is fat. I dont know the next stage, I think I need to raise the sexualness a little so she sees me in a sexual way and she knows I see her in a sexual way. but it cant be risky. examples that I thought about: shaking her hand (I have done this once but the shaking time was pretty normal, how about next time I hold a little longer?) a hug (I have done this once) what are some things that I could do that are neutral but can also be interpreted in a sexual way? or am I wrong about this? should I be doing something else?
