Now that the AA is minimized, the next step would be to build attraction. Even go for the number close or insta date whatever your objective is. Basically point is to not get stuck in the same pattern and keep repeating the same thing again and again. The so called 'spamming approach' technique puts you in a position for further success.e.g in order to run, the first step is to walk. But you can't keep walking and walking, once you get the motion, you build up your speed gradually until you start running. (not the best example but I hope I cleared the point).

This actually includes a lot of other things as well.e.g building an attractive lifestyle, becoming a MAN, being happy, building confidence etc. The 'real business' is in fact the "Inner Game" which is a long term process.

So, I was just recently reading a forum thread on Roosh V, and they were talking about how they were basically making RSD students spamming approach no matter what the situation(Mall, bookstore, cafe, ect.) daily to get rid of the fear of rejection. I can see that it would work in the beginning to get rid of in the fear rejection, but i can also see it would be harder for newer guys, including myself, for the reason being getting frustrated after not having noticeable results after countless times of approaching. What are your thoughts about this? Also what are your thoughts about RSD in general?

RSD is a cult. I don't care for them and I don't support a lot of what they preach. I do - however - think that when guys are starting out, they should be approaching as many women as possible simply for the experience and to get past AA.

Hey man. My thoughts on this, its good on a short term basis, specially if some one's new to Game or in case he's been out for some time. But as you mentioned after a certain limit, it gets frustrating when one keeps repeating the cycle again and again without getting any result. The mere objective of this should be to overcome AA. approaching a lot, but not necessarily spam approaching should be a beginning stage(max maybe couple of months if done consistently)... the whole goal is to lose approach anxiety, learn social cues, and get a feel for interactions... Spam approaching should not be a long term goal, if you do it long term i would say is detrimental..(i know a pua i met in person that spam approaches in the 10000s) and has taken his results backwards... In my signature(blog) i have 3 articles on cold approach were i break down all that... do a search for: introduction to cold approach pick up, what results to expect from cold approach and cold approach pick up part 3... i can not link due to the retarded rules of the forum, but if you want check them out, or not...

Yes, you have made it clear that you have to start doing the easy stuff, then move on to harder things in order to progress with better results. The attractive lifestyle, not being a pussy, being happy, and confidence is what I'm trying to work on right now. I know its going to be a hard process. There's indeed no doubt about that.

I personally think it's a waste of time. I've done it before... It just burns you out. And while you're "approaching"... you're walking right by the girls who are staring at you. Warm approaches are much more efficient. Work on forcing approach invites. It's not that difficult. pua-lounge/topic188713.html
